This notebook paper template has 8mm blue ruling, a double red left margin, and a generous blank header for a subject or date. The writing area starts 31.75mm from the left edge, leaving space for binding. The files contain no printed punch marks; use your own hole punch to match your binder.
Print at the correct size
Choose the A4 or Letter PDF to match your sheets and print at 100%. Before punching a batch of loose-leaf paper, test one sheet against the binder rings. Keep writing to the right of the double red margin so the binding area stays clear.
The PDF and SVG contain vector lines for sharp printing. PNG files are rendered at 150 DPI for document backgrounds; use the PDF when physical dimensions matter.

What the notebook page includes
The first horizontal line starts 32mm below the top edge, leaving room for a subject and date. Blue rules continue at 8mm intervals. Two red vertical lines mark the left margin; the rest of the sheet is blank, with no page numbers or decorative background.
A lined paper background for digital notebooks
Import the PNG as a notebook page background or open the PDF in an annotation app that supports it. Duplicate the page within the app when you need more sheets. The supplied lined paper image is white with blue rules, so handwriting and highlights can be added above it.
Choose the ruling before printing notebook sheets
This lined notebook paper uses everyday 8mm spacing. Choose the separate college ruled template for compact 7.1mm notes or the wide ruled template for 8.7mm writing rows. Changing the print scale to create a different ruling also changes the margin and page layout.

Does the notebook paper PDF include 100 pages?
No. Each ready-made download contains one page. Print multiple copies or duplicate the page in a PDF or note-taking app. The lined paper generator can create a multi-page PDF with your chosen settings; its layout is configured separately from this double-margin template.
Can I print this on both sides for a notebook?
You can print copies on both sides, but this template keeps the margin on the left on every page. It does not alternate the binding margin for facing pages. Print a test sheet and check the back before making a bound or punched notebook.
Is lined notebook paper the same as a blank page?
Here, blank means there are no exercises or text already on the sheet. The horizontal notebook paper lines and red margins are still printed. For an entirely unruled page, choose blank paper instead.
