Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 16, 2026

This policy explains how PaperMan, the independent operator of print-a-graph-paper.com, handles information when you use the site. You can use our generators without creating an account.

1. Information you provide and generate

PaperMan does not ask for your name, email address, physical address, or payment information to generate graph paper. Generator settings and document rendering are processed in your browser; we do not intentionally upload or store the paper designs you create.

If you choose to open and submit our external Google Form, Google and PaperMan receive the information you enter in that form. Submission is optional and is subject to Google's own privacy terms.

2. Hosting, security, and server logs

Our hosting and security providers may process standard request data such as your IP address, browser and device type, requested URL, referring URL, date and time, and diagnostic or security events. This information is used to deliver the site, prevent abuse, investigate errors, and maintain reliability. We do not use server logs to identify you by name.

3. Current use of cookies, analytics, and advertising

During the AdSense pre-application stage, PaperMan does not load Google AdSense or Google Analytics scripts on site pages and does not serve ads. The site's ads.txt file is a publisher authorization record; it does not itself place cookies or display advertising.

Essential browser storage may be used when it is necessary for a feature you request, such as retaining generator preferences. We do not currently use it for cross-site advertising profiles.

4. What will change if Google advertising is enabled

If we enable Google AdSense in the future, Google and its advertising partners may collect, receive, and share data to deliver and measure ads, limit repeated ads, detect fraud and abuse, and—where you have consented— personalize advertising. Technologies can include cookies, mobile or browser identifiers, IP addresses, and web beacons. Third-party vendors may place or read cookies on your browser or use web beacons to collect information as a result of ad serving on this site.

Before those services are activated, visitors in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland will be shown a Google-certified consent management platform where required. It will provide choices to consent, reject, manage, and later change applicable advertising choices.

Learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services on Google's partner sites page. You can also manage Google advertising choices through Google Ads Settings.

5. Third-party services and links

Links to third-party websites—including the optional Google Form—take you to services controlled by those providers. Their privacy policies, not this policy, govern their collection and use of information after you leave PaperMan.

6. Children's privacy

PaperMan is a general-audience utility and is not specifically directed to children under 13. Some printable resources may be used by parents, teachers, or students, but we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that such information was submitted to us, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

If any section is later designated as child-directed, we will apply the appropriate ad-serving and data-use restrictions, including disabling interest-based advertising where required.

7. Your choices and policy updates

You can decline to submit the contact form, control browser storage through your browser settings, and use any consent controls presented before non-essential advertising technologies are activated. We may update this policy when the site or its providers change; the date above identifies the latest version.

Questions or privacy requests can be sent through our contact page.
