Build the table around the page
The preview is a scaled copy of the selected paper. Change the row and column count, click a cell to enter text, or drag a divider to resize adjacent cells. The same millimetre layout is used for SVG, PNG, PDF, and print output.

Data entry
Type a table or paste spreadsheet data
Type a vertical bar between columns for a Markdown-style table, or paste a range from Excel or Google Sheets. The maker previews the detected rows and columns before applying them, then can resize the printable table to match.
Print controls
More control than a basic HTML table
Set paper size, page margin, table width and height, header shading, alternating rows, text alignment, line style, and colours. Row heights and column widths remain explicit instead of changing unpredictably with browser content flow.

Can I enter data in the blank table?
Yes. Click any cell in the paper preview and type directly. You can also edit the selected cell from the settings panel.
Can I paste a table from Excel or Google Sheets?
Yes. Copy a cell range, paste it into the data box, and apply it. Spreadsheet tabs and CSV are detected automatically. For manual entry, place a vertical bar between columns, such as Name | Age.
Can I change individual column widths and row heights?
Yes. Drag an internal divider directly in the paper preview. Use Equal columns or Equal rows to restore a uniform layout.
Is this a spreadsheet editor?
No. It is a lightweight print-first table designer. It supports cell text and structured layout but intentionally excludes formulas, sorting, filtering, and spreadsheet calculations.
Which download formats are available?
Download PDF for printing, PNG for documents and sharing, or SVG for scalable editing. You can also open the browser print dialog directly.
How do I print the table at the intended size?
Choose the same A4, Letter, or A3 paper and orientation in the maker and printer dialog, then print at Actual Size or 100% scale.
